Nae's Heart

So on Friday night, I went up to LBA and played in an alumni volleyball game… It was a ton of fun. The alumni team was Zaza, Melanie, Darlene, Ariel, Katrina, and myself. We made a great team and beat the LBA girls team 3 out of the 4 games… ZaZa is still an amazing volleyball player and we all worked together to come from behind in a few of the games.
This was the first time that I had worn socks and shoes since I burned my feet the week before… My feet were starting to heal and getting ready to peel but they weren’t quite there yet. So as I was playing and the socks were rubbing on the tops of my feet the skin was trying to protect itself. To do this it formed very thing blisters on the tops of my feet… these blisters popped almost immediately after I took my socks off… So Friday night my feet started peeling and now they look really funny… They were not completely ready to peel so I have to be careful that they don’t get to irritated… So I am back to flip flops. Hopefully by the end of the week I will be able to wear different shoes comfortably.
