July 1st…

So it is the first day of July and I have spent the day at the fireworks stand. ¬†We got the product around 11:00 and were open for business just after 12:00. ¬†Our first sale wasn’t until 2:45 and I don’t think we have sold anything since then. ¬†I will probably be here everyday until the 4th. ¬†I have been sitting outside for the last 2 hours making sure nobody walks off with our generator. :) ¬†It is nice to sit in the shade and enjoy the breeze. ¬†Although I do think my forehead got burned earlier today.

We have church tonight and then on the 4th we will have a picnic at the church. I am looking forward to hanging out with friends and family.  Ruth will be staying with us on the 3rd to the 4th.

I have a few things going on in July. James and I will be going to visit Rebekah and Matt in Delaware with my parents on the 28th. ¬†We will return on August 4th. On August 6th I leave for Portland, Oregon for James’ cousin’s wedding. ¬†I will be in Oregon until the 11th with the Ashton family and then on the 12th we will all drive back to San Francisco. ¬†On the 13th Ruth, Daniel, and I will drive back down here to So Cal. ¬†Daniel will be visiting us for a few days so I will have some company. :) ¬†I am looking forward to visiting everyone this summer.
