Well, we got a few things done.  We have reserved the rentals and I am meeting with a cake maker next Tuesday.  I will also hopefully hear from a florist.  She knows James from Enterprise and said that if we use her she will give us a deal.  I have addressed about 150 of our invitations.  Only about 200 to go. :)  I still have to print the pictures for inside and James has to design a card to put inside with our registry info.  Visit our registry page and see what we are interested in for our home.  Continue to pray that things will go smoothly and everything will work out.  We still are not sure where we will be living, but we know the Lord will open doors.

Hey,  I am posting a short blog.  I didn’t do any wedding things this week due to the fact that I had to work on Tuesday.  I had Monday off and James’ parents were in town so we enjoyed spending time with them.  I have been blessed this last week.  Bethel was having their Mission’s Conference and Pastor Allen was their keynote speaker.  I really enjoyed seeing them again and listening to the preaching from God’s Word.  I was also given an ipod nano for Valentine’s Day. (James gave it to me, isn’t he sweet!)  I have been enjoying it.  Thanks for taking the time to read this.  Continue to pray for me as I still don’t know what is wrong with my feet.

Well, I didn’t do very much for the wedding today, but the things I did get done were extremely helpful.  I was able to buy the ties for the ushers.  I also got the rest of my jewelry.  I have the material for my veil, now I just need to take it to the dressmaker.  My mom has done some checking on pillar and lattice rentals for the platform.  Things are coming together.  Only a few months left.  If you find any good ideas for decorating please feel free to share them with me.  You can post or e-mail me.

Well, my feet problems aren’t what we originally thought.  In fact, we are not sure what the problem is at the moment.  I talked to my allergist yesterday.  He is an internal medicine doctor.  He said it is not raynoud’s and it is not poor circulation.  He was going to research it and let me know what he finds.  I am thankful that it is not circulation.  I will keep you updated.  I know this is supposed to be a wedding blog, but I have kind of mede it my own blog.  Please continue to pray for James and I.

Okay, so I know I have already written a post this week, but I have had a few crazy days.  On Monday, I noticed my toes were swollen.  I really didn’t think anything about it until Wednesday morning.  On Wednesday morning I almost passed out in the shower due to the pain of the spray hitting the toe right next to the big one on my right foot.  I had pain, heat, and swelling.  All three signs of an infection.  All of my toes were still swollen, but only the one was infected.  So I went to the doctor and he gave me antibiotics and a steroid.  He said I had raynoud’s phenomenon.  It is a constriction of the blood vessels, veins, and capillaries.  Because of the cold weather and we think the allergy medicine, Claritan D, my blood was not pumping properly in my hands and feet and this caused my infection.  The solution, stay as warm as possible, especially my hands and feet.  So I have been wearing two pairs of socks every time I leave my house and gloves, not to mention dressing a little warmer.  My toes are still a little swollen even as I write this.  I am going to see my allergy doctor today and he will confirm the problems with the Claritan D.  Another contributer to the problem could be my caffeine intake.  So I have been drinking decaf coffee.  I may have to change a few things in my life, but the one thing that will definitely stay the same is James.  He has been a great support and encouragement through this time.  We know that the Lord is in control and He knows what he is doing in my life.  Please pray that things will get everything under control quickly.

Well, it is Tuesday and my mom and I did a little bit of wedding shopping today.  We spent most of the morning at home waiting for UPS to come and deliver our invitations.  (oh well, for printing them ourselves)  We love them.  Guess you will all have to wait until we mail them to you.  Besides the invitations coming, we took some tulle out to Lupe, the seamstress, for the bottom of the bridesmaids dresses.  We are going to be purchasing more of that same tulle so she can make me a veil.  We know also have our Unity Candle and Napkins.  We are still looking for a bakery to do our cake, but we have a little bit of time with that.  Right now, my car is having mechanical problems, so pray that everything gets fixed quickly as I really need it to get around.  Well, that is all for now.
